Kem-O-Cid Gold is a combination of organic acids coated with essential oil and mold inhibiting agent. In a bird’s stomach (proventriculus), gastric acid is secreted. This lowers pH in between 2 to 4. A low gastric pH is important for the activation of enzymes. Low gastric pH controls bacterial population. Young birds have limited capacity to secret gastric acid. Beneficial bacterial species like Bifido, Bacillus and Lactobacilli are more tolerant towards acidic environments. Kem-O-Cid  Gold helps control gut pH, microbial load and stimulates more feed consumption. It also inhibits mold growth in the feed.
